Bob Crow Formed C and C Investigations after retiring from the Pierce County Sheriff's Department in Tacoma, Washington. During his law enforcement career, he became involved in all types of investigations. He retired as a Sergeant with 23 years of service. Jerry Crow is a Private Investigator that came to our firm with 8 years of computer and network security experience. In addition to his civil and criminal investigations his computer knowledge is often used in many specialty cases. Prior to becoming an investigator, Jerry was responsible for mission critical servers at companies such as Zama, Diva, Northwest Nexus, and Intel. Stan Torgerson is a Private Investigator with extensive experience. During his career with the Tacoma Police Department he became a detective. Prior to his retirement, Stan became the Arson Detective for the department. After retirement Stan has worked as a Fire Investigator for the insurance industry. He has also been involved in conducting background investigations on police officer candidates. Isaac Adams is a Private Investigator that comes to our firm with unique skills. He is well-versed in firearms, explosive devices, and electronic eavesdropping issues. Isaac often instructs the law enforcement community on these subjects and others. Isaac speaks several languages and is fluent in Russian. Due to the large number of Russian Immigrants in the Puget Sound area, this is an invaluable investigative tool.
